Clyde Gateway Publication Scheme

 

Clyde Gateway, as a publicly owned company, is committed to the terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. and to produce and maintain a publication scheme which tells the public how to access the information.

 

We follow a Model Publication Scheme which was produced by the Scottish Information Commissioner and which has approval until 31 May 2015.  The Scottish Information Commissioner is a fully independent public official whose office is based in St Andrews and covers public bodies over which the Scottish Parliament has jurisdiction. By adopting the Model Publication Scheme, Clyde Gateway commits itself to publishing the information it holds and producing a guide for the public to that information.
