Dalmarnock Development to be Designed for a ‘New Era of Living’

KEEPMOAT Homes is to deliver 48 new homes in Dalmarnock in Glasgow’s east end after completing the purchase of Clyde Gateway’ land at French Street.

The range of two, three, and four-bedroom properties at the Arrolbridge development (named after Sir William Arrol & Co, the site pays tribute to Dalmarnock’s industrial past) will connect to our district heating network (DHN) and have enhanced insulation and solar PV panels so that energy bills will be as low as possible for residents.

The development will encircle a central green providing public open space, with play facilities.

Work is due to start on site in May 2022 and scheduled to complete in 2023.
